How the partnership works: the associated provider model

The new Aged Care Act formally recognises the arrangement many providers already rely on. A registered provider can engage an outside allied health business, known as an associated provider, to deliver services on its behalf. The associated provider delivers the clinical care, while the registered provider continues to hold the funding relationship and remains accountable for the care.

That is exactly how Zenzability works. We are not a registered aged care provider and we do not deliver services directly to older people. We are engaged by registered providers to deliver occupational therapy and speech pathology to their clients. You keep the client relationship and the compliance accountability. We bring the clinical capability.
