Looking for therapy that fits your lifestyle? We offer speech and occupational therapy at home, school, in the community, at our clinic, or through telehealth. You choose what works best. We make sure support fits around you.
We work with people of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re building independence, improving how you move, becoming more confident when speaking, or finding better ways to manage everyday tasks, we adjust the session to suit your routine.
We work around your schedule and routine. Our support is one-on-one and always tailored to what matters to you—where you are and how you prefer to work.
If you’ve never done therapy before, it’s normal to feel unsure about where to begin. You might be wondering what kind of support you need, how sessions work, or what happens next.
We keep it simple.
When you get in touch, we’ll explain everything clearly — how therapy is planned, how often sessions run, where they can take place, and how we tailor it to your goals. If you’re using NDIS funding, we’ll help you understand how that fits in too.
You don’t need to prepare anything or have all the answers. We’ll ask the right questions, listen carefully, and guide you through each step — from your first conversation with us to your first session and beyond.
Starting therapy shouldn’t be confusing. We’re here to make sure it isn’t.
Seeing the same therapist builds trust and helps things move forward faster. We’ll do our best to keep you with one person who understands your goals, your routine, and how you like to work. If a change is ever needed, we’ll be upfront about it and make sure the transition is smooth.
Progress isn’t always a straight line — and we don’t treat it like one. Whether goals shift, routines change, or new challenges come up, we adjust therapy to match.
Our occupational therapists support you with daily tasks like preparing meals, getting ready in the morning, moving around safely, and managing your home routines. Support can also include setting up a workable schedule, following steps without feeling overwhelmed, and handling sensory input in busy or unfamiliar environments.
We provide functional assessments, assist with equipment recommendations, and prepare reports to support your NDIS plan.
Our speech therapists support you with communication and swallowing. Therapy can help with speaking clearly, understanding instructions, using words to express needs, and taking part in conversations. We also work on social skills, listening, non-verbal communication, and building confidence when speaking in different settings.
Support may include help with eating and drinking safely. We assess swallowing and provide strategies or modifications to reduce risk and improve comfort.
Therapy is tailored to your communication goals and what matters in your day-to-day life.
Our team provides functional capacity assessments to help you access the right supports through your NDIS plan. A therapist works with you to assess how you manage daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, mobility, communication, time management, and community involvement. We look at your current strengths, the areas where support is needed, and the goals you are working toward.
We prepare a detailed report that explains your support needs and justifies why increased funding is required. This may include therapy, support hours, assistive technology, and capacity-building services.
Our team provides early childhood intervention for children under 7 who have a disability or developmental delay. We work with you and your child to build skills in communication, movement, play, behaviour, emotional development, and daily routines. Support is built around your child’s goals and how they participate in family life, community settings, and everyday activities.
We help with feeding, transitions, emotional regulation, and social interaction. Parents and carers are actively involved, with strategies you can use between sessions to keep progress going at home.
Our team supports children, teenagers, and adults with autism to build skills for communication, independence, social connection, and everyday life. We work on goals that matter to you — from daily routines and emotional regulation to community participation and learning new tasks step by step.
Support may include building flexible thinking, understanding body signals, following instructions, joining conversations, or using visual systems.
Therapists work closely with families, support workers, and educators to make sure progress carries through beyond the session.
You can access our therapy services using NDIS, aged care, Medicare, or private funding. We accept all of these options. You don’t need a referral to get started. Just let us know what type of funding you have, and we’ll book your first session.
Reach out to our team by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll answer any questions and guide you through the next steps.
We’ll arrange a time to learn more about your needs, your NDIS plan, and the outcomes you’re working toward.
