Australia-Wide Online Occupational Therapy

Unlock your independence, wherever you are. Zenzability’s Australia-wide telehealth occupational therapy is about more than video calls—it’s highly personalised care, practical support for real life, and expert NDIS navigation, all delivered wherever you call home.

What Is Telehealth OT?

Zenzability’s online occupational therapy connects you with an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist through secure video calls. Services are suitable for adults and children anywhere in Australia.

In a telehealth session, you will:

  • Discuss your goals and daily challenges with your therapist.
  • Complete formal assessments, including functional capacity, as required for NDIS planning or review.
  • Participate in practical therapy activities, using items available in your own environment and targeted strategies recommended by your therapist.

Sessions are structured to address the real skills and supports you need for day-to-day life at home, school, work, or in the community.

What Can Telehealth OT Help With?

Our therapists deliver the following supports through telehealth:

  • Daily living and self-care skills (dressing, showering, cooking)
  • Sensory and emotional regulation
  • Fine and gross motor skill development
  • Use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment
  • Functional capacity assessments for NDIS plans and reviews
  • Support with routines, organization, and independence at home, school, or work
  • Education, employment, and community participation strategies
  • Safety recommendations for the home environment and guidance on minor modifications that can be managed remotely
